Fay Dupuis served as the City Solicitor of Cincinnati, Ohio for 12 years. As chief legal officer, she provided legislative service to the City Council, legal representation of the City in all civil and criminal justice proceedings, served as general counsel to all departments, and was responsible for the administration of the Department of Law. Fay has practiced municipal law for 36 years, with extensive experience in supervision and management of attorneys in local government. She has served as president of the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association and as a director of the International Municipal Lawyers Association.
