Ginny Camarillo has more than 25 years of experience in public and private sector organizations, including county governments and a major corporation. She joined Management Partners in May 2005.
Ginny’s areas of expertise include budget development and oversight, policy development and implementation, human resources operations, productivity improvement, classification, employee relations and management training. She is a practiced trainer and process improvement facilitator. Ginny has worked in County of Ventura Executive Office, in California; as a director of the Ventura Council of Governments; for an international oil service manufacturing corporation; and as an instructor and program developer at several colleges.
