The City of Billings chose Management Partners to facilitate executive management and department retreats. Individual departments had Management Partners facilitate team-building exercises using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality test. We also completed a central service study in Billings that examined staffing levels in the Finance Department, and we recommended strengthening performance and capacity by consolidating financial functions in a central service agency.
