Each executive recruitment that Management Partners undertakes is unique and is designed to meet the particular needs of the client. Our approach is well defined, to assure the highest quality of replicable performance. But every search is individually planned and executed to assure that each client will have their needs met, consistent with a budget and schedule that is appropriate. Certain variables relate to the timing and schedule, depending on the nature of the position being filled. For example, if a search requires public input or other unusual requirements, Management Partners will work with the organization to meet those needs. If desired, we will also provide transition assistance, including appropriate announcements to the organization and the public.
