Management Partners offers a number of service delivery options to fit the specific project and the needs of our clients:

• A standard contract for services, drafted either by your organization or by us, is a commonly used option for delivery of services by Management Partners. 
• Management Partners’ Support Services Partnership Agreement presents an innovative concept in public/private partnership.  A Partnership Agreement can be tailored to fit your organization’s specific needs.
• Through an Interim Management Service Contract, Management Partners can provide interim management assistance.  We ensure that a project manager will be available and on-site to meet the needs of the client.   Our analyst level staff will assist the project manager by providing analytical and administrative support.  Additionally, we can work seamlessly with an organization’s staff.  This approach of using a blended team for interim management assistance assignments has proven to be both cost efficient and effective for the client.
• With a Management Partner’s Performance Contract, you will receive a complete management review of your entire organization.  We’ll examine the current business practices, levels of service and service delivery mechanisms of your organization to identify ways to operate more efficiently, effectively and productively.  Management Partners will guarantee contractually that we will produce annual savings from this review. We believe that such a result can be accomplished without adverse impact on customer satisfaction with the organization’s services, and without adverse impact on the service delivery organization, including the organization’s workforce.  As part of the process, we will identify best practices currently used in other jurisdictions that will help your organization become more effective.  Management Partners will produce a report articulating recommendations and a detailed Action Plan for implementing those recommendations.  Finally, we’ll provide implementation assistance to ensure an effective project result.
